Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services, programs, and approach.

What is BioTech's Institute's approach to health?

We use a functional medicine approach — a systems biology-based method that focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of disease, not just symptoms. We consider your medical history, triggers like stress, poor nutrition, toxins, allergens, genetics, and the microbiome.

What is the Virtual Voice Scan?

It's our 21st-century body scan technology that identifies potential factors contributing to your health issues. You receive a full-body functional report with no invasive procedures required.

Who is BioTech Institute for?

We primarily serve individuals aged 40 to 70 seeking a long, healthy life free from disability, those suffering from chronic illness who have consulted numerous doctors without finding solutions, and individuals experiencing symptoms who want answers without the traditional medical-go-round.

Is my information kept private?

Absolutely. BioTech guarantees individuals' anonymity. There is no paper trail and nothing to report to your insurance. You receive a full-body functional report privately.

Do I need to be diagnosed with a chronic illness to use your services?

No. Functional medicine doctors can focus on preventative care, and patients don't need to have a chronic illness to visit our virtual clinic.

What treatment plans are available?

We offer three plans: Plan C (3 months, $1,000), Plan B (4 months, $3,000), and Plan A (6 months, $5,000). Each includes consultations with Dr. Loomstein, Virtual Voice Scans, and varying levels of nutritionist support.

Can you help with diabetes?

Yes. Our program assists in lowering HBA1c levels below 6.4 using our tailored natural treatment approach. We also offer a specialized webinar: 'Why Are You a Diabetic When You Don't Have to Be?'

What can I expect as a new client?

You'll start with an initial interview, review of screening forms, and a Virtual Voice Scan. After analysis, we chart the most appropriate intervention. A follow-up consult occurs 7-10 days later, with additional scans at day 45 and day 85 to chart progress.

Are supplements included in the treatment plans?

Supplements are not included in Plan C. Plans B and A include sessions with a functional nutritionist who can guide supplement recommendations.

What is the membership program?

For $29/month, members get access to the Metabolic Food Tracker, newsletters, monthly group chats with Dr. Loomstein and guest speakers, full podcasts, VIP publication access, and early notifications of events.
