About Dr. Loomstein
Dr. Harvey Loomstein is a pioneer in Neuroscience and a distinguished advocate for medical-legal healthcare. He has been a practicing neuropsychologist since 1984 and has been treating patients with brain disorders since 1976. As Clinical Director of BioTech Institute, he leads a pioneering organization in biotechnology that was among the first to utilize electricity and magnetic fields to treat the physical, emotional, and psychological effects of closed head injuries, neurotoxic chemical exposures, and chronic pain.
